Does anyone think that its time to push for a redefinition of crime.
If there is no victim, there should be no crime - surely!
Just this alone would eliminate thousands of so called laws that are designed to kow, tax and antagonise 'we the people'. I think the concept of dealing with established law needs to be looked in general. I mildly admire the work of the Lawful Rebellion bods, and greatly appreciate their honorable intentions, but I think we need to disassemble maritime based law (I know very little about this subject but am speaking my mind about broader principles), by perhaps more enlightened interpretation and by changing the fundamental basis of its administration. I favour the tribal approach where the victim and the family of the victim decide on the punishment of the perpetrator. Traditionally, this process was guided by wise community elders. The system was tried out in Canada in around 1998 or so for a period with very positive results. Would appreciate any feedback on these thoughts?

Yes, yes and yes!! I'm suing the corporation the STATE and all afiliated CORPORATIONS for contract fraud!!!! It;s been illuminating to say the least and so much information-like if you stand in court, know you are a free being and refuse to "plea" there isn't doodley that can be done to you. The only thing that binds us to their "laws"(really just corporate rules and regulations) is our agreeing to them! As to taxation, check out the Cestra Que Trust, an account that ho;ds the potential of sharing the wealth truly equally, and it;s there in palce and working but we are not told for various nefarious reasons. Anyway best of luck in your researchings and remember- deny anyone authority over you because hey they're just people like us, well greedier maybe...Peace and Love, Amanda

Hello Amanda, thanks for your resounding encouragement. We need numbers to start floating these ideas into popularity. Cogent arguments don't necessarily work on a generation that relies on Facebook for news and views. Scientific game theory type models should be created and aggressively posted to the media, social institutions, po-lie-ticians.

Perhaps its been done, but I don't think so - WHY DON'T 'WE' create a CGI game called YOU TO PIA - which is based on our idealism and employs scientific game theory and all sorts of esoteric enlightened rationale - (See Hoffstader's writings on the Iterated Prisoners Dilemma)? What say you? Love - Peace to All

Hi Seb. I am cautious of the Lawfull Rebellion movement for many reasons. The greatest reason possibly the constant endorsement of the Magna Carta, and describing it as some incredible document that awarded freedom to all individuals. When you research further into it, it easy to discern fact from what is being portrayed.

Some researchers have done an amazing job of scrutinising the origin and intentions behind the MC. Micheal O'Bernicia comes to mind, maybe worth a read.

Amanda, I've read a lot of Kateofgaia info. Whats your take? I'm in the UK. Is there any difference between legal name fraud in the US and UK?
