Quote A Knight's Tale

Wat: You have been weighed.
Roland: You have been measured.
Kate: And you have absolutely...
Chaucer: Been found wanting.
William: Welcome to New World. God save you, if it is right that he should do so.

This is very interesting and goes for all other countries as well and its our New World not thiers.…
Hi. I haven't heard that Trowbridge won his case. This is a very important case, with many eyes on it. Hudes is a proven liar who works for international banking. It would be wise to disbelieve every last thing she says and writes. I have no agenda, only aim to help you avoid spinning your wheels watching Hudes.

His to his own suit yourself.

Sorry, i don't understand. I'm just trying to warn you about that devilish woman. She is part of the global ring of fraud.

How do you know this?
Saturday 14 January 2017, 09:20:06
I've done a fair amount of reading, and participation in conference calls w/ people who are reopening Common Law in America.

Search "hudes" on to see some very interesting correspondence.

That's great news about Common law. I've read this hand bags a five paces many times before. I can understand if you follow von rietz you would not trust Hudes. That's the case with most. It's also vice versa on that assumption and I've followed Karen's everyword for the last 5 years and I cannot find a hole in her work. That's why I asked, if there is a hole I want to know.

Here is the online documentation and progress for the Trowbridge case:… By Trowbridge himself. If he wins this case, it will then be fact in case law and can be used by others in foreclosure and mortgage cases to base their claims on - which is very a powerful tool in their (the de facto's) courts. So you can see why all eyes would be on this case. The de facto cannot afford to let this case to go judgement, so they are playing the legal stalling game. Anns Von Reitz has written letters about this case as well, I believe posted by Arnie Rosner on

There is one or two happening in UK as well.

The hole with that letter from Hudes is the Trowbridge case. She makes claims and doesn't cite any source. If Trowbridge made headway, there would be a lot of fanfare in our circles.

Might as well put the original article in here…

I don't know what to make of that article. Trowbridge's thrust is that the feds do not have jurisdiction. It surprised me that he would appeal to them. That article is dated 2015. Trowbridge posted several entries, the last one 9/14.2016. He is countersuing for $38M in damages. The case is still open.

Do you have those up to date article links?
Saturday 14 January 2017, 09:47:54
That is everything since 11/2015, which I have via the RSS feed. I haven't read all of them. Makes my head throb. I gathered the judge is playing the typical game: vacate the court, let the case sit for months, and right before it cures file a trivial piece of paper that resets the clock. Clearly crooks, they have no shame.

I read through the court document linked towards the end of that article. Lufkin is challenging the district court's jurisdiction. There's no appeal in there. Maybe the author Nannette had seem some other correspondence that's not mentioned in the article. Anyway, thanks for the chat. Gonna call it a night.

Thanks for the links. A lot of reading but I can see it is still ongoing. I will pass the last two links on to Karen.

Howdy. I saw this article from Anna on 1/17/2017. I thought you would be interested. It confirms the news that Hudes tweeted about Trowbridge. And Hudes is correct that federal courts have limited jurisdiction. But what they have done is create fictional federal districts throughout the land, and then characterized free men and women as citizens in their legal fiction: which arrangement gives the feds legal jurisdiction when a man or woman agrees to contract as a citizen. This is why we have so much troubling fighting off the feds. Peace.…

This is a fight for sure. I will take a look at the link.
