Anyone here following WeRe Bank or a member?
Anyone lose their home in a foreclosure questioning the banksters?
Looking for people that have gone down the rabbit holes...
Hi Carol- have you been here?… an idea ''as old as the hills"? We realized that to offer part payment was indeed a lawful and decent way to conduct ourselves. So the doctrine of substantial performance was born.
Essentially the official offer process is a means to offer those we are indebted to a remedy.

one under god [on strike/on point]
A few points come to mind! is no real money was ever ..borrowed,,your signature when you signed the loan agreement..created not only the debt..but the To make things worse..the banking system then securitised the signed promise to repay.and on sold it to China or a pension fund/that's called a collateralized security../point being people have taken bankers to court and won back not only their house..but the payments/..and as bankers don't like to talk of it..a court essential...further only the original contract full standing in court,,/no copy is could be photo shopped etc/..further I have heard that a lease has standing in it occurs to me to lease each others homes..just in case

Hi, I see you're in Canada, that means your country is run by the same variety of crook as the US. The Cesta(or Cestui) Que Trust is available to use for mortgages. I'm dealing with NATIONAL GRID right now and although I don't have a letter of acceptance from them yet I have made it legally impossible to shut off the electric, no matter how much they claim is "due". I own my home, but there is no reason the same procedure won't work for the banksters. Good luck, we need to all stop paying the thieves!
