Al hi g man, here's a favorite of mine, called the green detox: a head or two (if two, use 1/2 half tablespoon more of salt) of cabbage, a couple bunches of cilantro, another bunch of parsely, a large onion, also if you've got it, a small handful of dulse, chopped or cut, and teas or tablespoon (depending on taste and desire for detox) of chlorella and spirulina and a tablespoon of himalayan pink sea salt. chop veggies, salt and pound for a little, sprinkle in dulse and algaes, pack in small bucket/gallon or two mason jars,.
