Tomorrow May 21st is the worldwide march against Monsanto. I think this will be a great place to offer information to like-minded people hungry for change. I will be attending the one here in Asheville, NC with the wonderful pamphlets that OZ posted. If you feel motivated to do the same, and to find a march in your area go to…;
Thank you sister for your contribution. Just a heads up, I did not create them, just posted the link on where to find them! Much love and good luck with your efforts!!

Thanks for the info Neisha! I will definitely look for info re a local gathering here. I do wish though that people were marching FOR food freedom and transparency rather than 'against' Monsanto. Giess it's an energetic thing ;)

No Janet, and I am so disappointed. I was REALLY hoping to wear it tomorrow. It's been over a month now since I ordered it, I don't understand.

I'll second Cat Sun's post in focusing on marching FOR food freedom, transparency, etc ... That is what I love about Ubuntu: there is only incentive to focus on the vision of our new future and no need to fight against anything, anyone or any circumstances; Whether we are FOR or AGAINST anything, the mere attention to it strengthens it. Much like the martial art of Aikido that does not fight BUT "simply" redirects the energy of the blow into something wanted, Ubuntu is a way of re-directing our focus toward that which we want and let the "old system" perish through lack of attention. ~ In Resonance and Unity.

I agree, I just didn't personally name the march. It was important to go though...felt like a movement FOR something, but as I said, we didn't name the march.

Wait, I have more to say. I also don't believe the old system will perish through lack of attention. I feel it is important for the "powers that be" to see humanity united in solidarity...which with over 450 cities in 40 countries, is a pretty good showing. It was a fabulous place to reach so many like-minded people with the Ubuntu message. We shared information and SO MUCH positive energy. We are not all going to agree how things should progress, but it is important to remeber to respect and honor each others choices when we are all basically on the same page. Ok, I think that's it. :-)

I think it is totally awesome that you went! We brought our daughter to the last one and have gone to many marches and rallies through the years. I subscribe to the march against monsanto FB page and pass along much of their info. I meant no disrespect nor in any way meant to dampen the fact that you and thousands of people around the world came together for positive change- I think it is amazing and inspiring! I was just bringing up a philosophical point about how often 'we' collectively have fallen into the concept of fighting against things, that's all. You are a beautiful inspiration. Blessings to you Neisha.
